HanExpress成立于1979年,深耕物流行业近半世纪,是韩国领先的物流服务提供商,业务涵盖快递物流、特种运输、冷链运输等多种业态,服务海内外300余家客户。

随着业务的不断发展,公司需要升级其物流自动化流程,以满足对多功能性、灵活性和可扩展性的要求,从而适应不同客户多样化产品的需求。

面对这一挑战,海康机器人携手韩国本地领先物流集成商TOPTEC,为HanExpress仓库部署包括移动机器人(AMR)、机器人控制系统在内的“货到人”(GTP)解决方案,显著提高了运营效率。



解决方案

HanExpress 在其全新的 4000 平方米仓库内部署了海康机器人的“货到人”解决方案,包括 50+台AMR、RCS机器人控制系统。移动机器人将库存货架自动运送到工作站,再将拣选好的物品由工作站运输到传送带,实现拣选-配送的全流程自动化。

通过重量检测设备、封口机和自动贴标机组成的自动化生产线,能够实现分拣和配送过程的完全自动化。该系统包括 550 个多层货架和 58 个料箱货架,优化了12,100件物品的存储空间。

Project Background

HanExpress, founded in 1979, has been deeply involved in the logistics industry for nearly half a century. It is a leading logistics service provider in South Korea, offering services across various formats including express logistics, specialized transportation, and cold chain transportation, serving over 300 customers both domestically and internationally.

With the continuous development of its business, the company needs to upgrade its logistics automation processes to meet the requirements of versatility, flexibility, and scalability, thereby adapting to the diverse product needs of different customers.

Facing this challenge, Hikrobot, in collaboration with TOPTEC, a leading local logistics integrator in South Korea, deployed a "Goods-to-Person" (GTP) solution for HanExpress warehouses, including Automated Mobile Robots (AMR) and robot control systems, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

Solution

HanExpress has deployed Hikvision Robotics' "Goods-to-Person" solution within its brand-new 4,000 square meter warehouse, encompassing over 50 AMR and RCS robot control systems. Mobile robots automatically transport inventory shelves to workstations, and then convey the picked items from the workstations to conveyor belts, achieving full automation of the entire picking and distribution process.

The automated production line, consisting of weight detection equipment, sealing machines, and automatic labeling machines, enables complete automation of the sorting and distribution process. The system includes 550 multi-tier racks and 58 box racks, optimizing storage space for 12,100 items.

Project Benefits

Furthermore, by utilizing AMR to undertake repetitive handling tasks, it effectively enhances the overall labor efficiency for customers.

Workplace safety and security: Safety measures such as emergency buttons, call buttons, and three-color lights at workstations effectively ensure the safety of the workplace.
