南阳万德隆商贸有限责任公司成立于1999年,是豫西南领先的区域连锁零售企业,拥有购物中心、时尚百货、综合超市等不同业态的门店超60家,常年位居河南民营企业100强、南阳民营企业10强行列。
2023年,万德隆建成了全新的产业物流园区,其常温生鲜仓库面积达6万余平方米,拥有近3万个存储位,存放商品超1万种,年出货量达7.3亿件,是南阳及周边13县区重要的“城市厨房”。然而,随着生鲜业务的迅猛发展,园区生鲜仓也面临着多种挑战:为提升仓储运营效率,并满足南阳及周边驻马店、平顶山等地区的配送需求,万德隆携手海康机器人,在其生鲜仓内部署了88台移动机器人(AMR),同时搭配iWMS智能仓储管理系统与RCS机器人控制系统,打造生鲜零售仓储的智能化转型升级新标杆。

在原有仓储模式中,员工需要处理拣选搬运、扫码、出入库、库存管理等复杂流程,引入移动机器人替代重复性搬运工作后,释放的人力可转岗至质检、调度等高附加值岗位,客户员工培养周期缩短2倍以上,同时整体人效提升超25%。 运营效率提升 通过海康机器人控制系统(RCS),能够优化货架到人流程,使单位时间拣货效率提升50%以上。同时AMR融合先进的SLAM导航算法与多传感器技术,大幅提升了在复杂环境中的稳定性。结合iWMS智能仓储管理系统,实现了仓储-分拣-配送的全流程自动化,出库准确率达100%,有效降低因人工拣选误差导致的补货成本。
破解生鲜仓难题
由于生鲜业务的特殊性,往往有大量货物在后半夜抵达仓库,AMR能突破人工轮班限制,实现24小时不间断作业,实现夜间产能利用率提升30%。此外,生鲜仓储要求机器人具备耐寒、耐潮设计,海康机器人AMR已通过多种极端环境测试,满足现场的严苛要求。 仓库空间优化 AMR紧凑设计提升仓储密度,过道面积减少30%,释放空间可新增存储货位500+个,大幅提升空间利用率。同时,通过AMR的智能避障系统,能够实现零碰撞记录,热备机制确保单机故障不影响整体运行,减少日均订单延误损失,有效降低安全成本。
Project Background
Nanyang Wandelong Trading Co., Ltd., established in 1999, is a leading regional chain retail enterprise in southwestern Henan. It boasts over 60 stores in various formats, including shopping centers, fashion department stores, and comprehensive supermarkets. It consistently ranks among the top 100 private enterprises in Henan and the top 10 private enterprises in Nanyang.
In 2023, Wandelong completed the construction of a brand-new industrial logistics park. Its normal temperature fresh food warehouse covers an area of over 60,000 square meters, with nearly 30,000 storage locations and over 10,000 types of stored goods. With an annual shipment volume of 730 million items, it serves as an important "city kitchen" for Nanyang and the surrounding 13 counties and districts. However, with the rapid development of the fresh food business, the fresh food warehouse in the park is also facing various challenges. To enhance warehouse operation efficiency and meet the distribution needs of Nanyang and surrounding areas such as Zhumadian and Pingdingshan, Wandelong partnered with Hikrobot to deploy 88 autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) within its fresh food warehouse. This was accompanied by the iWMS intelligent warehouse management system and the RCS robot control system, creating a new benchmark for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of fresh food retail warehousing.
Project Results
Human efficiency improvement
In the original warehousing model, employees were required to handle complex processes such as picking and handling, scanning, inventory management, and so on. After introducing mobile robots to replace repetitive handling tasks, the freed-up manpower can be reassigned to high-value-added positions such as quality inspection and scheduling. This has shortened the training period for customer employees by more than 2 times, while improving overall personnel efficiency by over 25%.
